Shuangwang Town, belonging to Lulong County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Lulong County, bordering Chapeng township of Funing District in the East, Gezhuang town of LiuTian in the south, Xiazhai Township in the west, Yinzhuang Township and chenguantun town in the north. The total administrative area is 79.21 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the population of Shuang Wang town registered residence was 30178.

In May 1953, Shuangwang town was built; in January 1988, Shuangwang Township and DanZhuang Township were merged to set up Shuangwang town; in January 1996, each township was merged. As of June 2020, Shuangwang town has jurisdiction over 45 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Sanfen village.

In 2018, Shuangwang town has 37 industrial enterprises and 43 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
