Khurangtumu, Jibu
Jibuhulangtusumu, belonging to xinbalhuzuoqi, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of xinbalhuzuoqi, adjacent to modamujisumu in the East, ganzhuersumu in the south, xinyouqi in the West and cuogang town in the north, with an administrative area of 2046.4 square kilometers.
In July 1984, the commune was cancelled and the people's Government of jibulantu Sumu was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of JB Hu Lang Tu Su Mu was 3005. As of June 2020, there are seven administrative villages under the jurisdiction of khurangtusumu.
In 2018, there were three comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in khurangtumu.
History of construction
Jibuhulangtu Sumu originally belongs to the yellow flag of balhu eight banners.
In 1948, when the somu government was established, it was stationed in the Namu Guri temple. It was named after jibuhulang tuwula on the banks of Wuerxun river.
In January 1950, the government of Sumu was changed into the people's Government of Sumu.
In May 1954, the somu Working Committee was established.
In February 1955, the Sumu people's government was transformed into the Sumu people's Committee.
In 1957, Sumu moved to the south slope of ganzhuerhua, east of Wuerxun river.
In April 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of khurangtu commune was established.
In July 1984, the commune was cancelled and the people's Government of jibulantu was established.
In May 2006, Ganzhuer Sumu, namely Ganzhuer, amugulangbaolige, amugulangburide, bayinbride, yihehuriye and ulanbaolige, which belong to the original amugulangbaolige Sumu, was merged into jibuhulangtu Sumu.
In March 2011, the town of Sumu was withdrawn and merged, and 6 Gacha of Hulun, ulantuga, Wuerxun, haolibaotu, ganzhuhua, Buli and mudler were transferred to jibulantusumu.

At the end of 2011, seven administrative villages, ganzhuhua, Hulun, Wuerxun, haolibaotu, ulantuga, Buli and mudler, were under the jurisdiction of jibulantusumu, with 60 villager groups.
As of June 2020, there are seven administrative villages under the jurisdiction of khulangtu Sumu: ganzhuhua village, bule and mudler village, Wuerxun village, Hulun village, ulantu village, haolibaotu village and Dalai village. The people's Government of Sumu is stationed in ganzhuhua village.

Jibulangtusumu is located in the transitional zone between Hulunbuir plateau and the edge of Daxinganling, and the terrain gradually decreases from west to East. The terrain is hilly sand in the northwest and plain swamp in the southeast.

famous scenery
Shuangshan scenic spot is located in jibuhulangtusumu of new balhuzuoqi, on the East Bank of Hulun Lake (Dalai Lake). It is 100 kilometers away from Amugulang town of new balhuzuoqi, more than 180 kilometers away from Hailar City, and 60 kilometers away from Manzhouli City.
Taosennuoer mud therapy scenic spot is located 8 kilometers southwest of ganzhuhuagacha and 9 kilometers south of Hulun Lake, where jibuhulangtusumu is located in new balhuzuo banner. It looks like a right hand lake with five fingers open and palm down.
