Wulubutie Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Olunchun Autonomous Banner, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Olunchun Autonomous Banner. It is adjacent to Dayangshu town in the southeast, Yili town in the southwest and Jiagedaqi and Songling District of Heilongjiang Province in the north, with an administrative area of 3806.5 square kilometers.

In 1951, ganquinutuk was set up; in July 1995, it was changed into wulubuti town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in urumutie town was 12391. As of June 2020, wulubuti town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 20 administrative villages.

History of construction

In 1949, Oroqen nutuk was built, belonging to Bayan banner.

In 1951, ganquinutuk was established.

In 1959, gankui commune was changed.

In April 1984, it was changed to gankui township.

In July 1995, it was changed into wulubuti town.

In 2002, nark gas town was incorporated into the city.
