Shifu East Road Street, belonging to Kundulun District, was built in May 1960.

The predecessor of Shifu East Road sub district office in Kundulun district is ajira office. It was built in May 1960, moved back in January 1999, and renamed "Shifu East Road sub district office in Kundulun district" in March of the next year. The office is located at No.8 Anshan Road, Kundulun district. The office is divided into three parts: one is the original ajira area; the other is the prosperous area with Xihua club as the center, starting from Minzu East Road in the East, alding street in the west, friendship Street in the south, and Gangtie street in the north; the third is Baogang residential area of alding 1, starting from alding street in the East, Minzu West Road in the west, Fulin road in the south, and Xingguang road in the north. the total area of the district is 3.8 square kilometers, with 10778 households and a total population of 30578 (the sixth census in 2010). There are five communities, namely, Xihua, Guangji (police officer), Enhe, block 1 of alding and Aguilar. There are 6 party branches (including 1 Party committee of non-public enterprises), with a total number of 3777 party members and 144 organizations in the jurisdiction. There are 18 administrative institutions and 218 commercial outlets within the jurisdiction.
