Jinhai Development Zone (namely Jinhai coal development and management zone) is located in the northeast of Yangxin County, Hubei Province, 10km away from the Yangtze River, 276km away from national highway 106, 50km away from the county, 10km away from Huangshi City. It is adjacent to huangzhangkou town in the East, Daye Lake in the West, Taizi town in the South and weiyuankou town in the north.
