Jiucaiyuan Street

Jiucaiyuan street belongs to Furong district, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is located in the central city of the provincial capital. To the west of Xiaoyuan, Bayi Road passes through the area.

Jiucaiyuan Street covers an area of 3.35 square kilometers and has a population of 41731 (in 2010). It has jurisdiction over six community neighborhood committees, including Rongyuan, provincial military region and Yanshan street.

Evolution of organizational system

It was the neighborhood committee of jiucaiyuan in 1950 and changed to jiucaiyuan street in 1952. In 1960, it was changed into the central point branch of tianxinge commune and renamed as the central point street in 1961. In 1977, jiucaiyuan street was restored, with jurisdiction over 14 neighborhood committees of jiucaiyuan, Yuqing street, jiejie street, huanghutang, tongyinli, central point, military dormitory, Xinsheng village, Yuanjialing, Qiaozhuang, provincial Party committee dormitory, provincial government dormitory, Yangjialing and yanshanling, and 2 family committees of provincial material department and provincial coal department. in 2012, Yanshan street community was divided into Wulipai street as a whole. After the adjustment, jiucaiyuan street has six communities, including Rongyuan community, military district community, Tangjialing community, bayiqiao community, xiangyanghu community and tongyinli community.

It starts from the north central line of Chezhan North Road in the east to the north, to the west central line of Wanbao Avenue, along the border with Kaifu District to the west, to the south central line of Yingbin Road, to the west central line of Bayi Road, to the south central line of Furong Road, to the east central line of Wuyi Road, to the north central line of Shaoshan Road, to the east central line of Bayi Road, and to the enclosed area of Chezhan North Road.

Rongyuan community

Located on the Bank of Nianjia Lake in Martyrs Park, it was established in June 2001 by the integration of the first and second neighborhood committees of the provincial Party committee. It is adjacent to Chezhan Road in the East, Yingbin Road in the west, Bayi Road in the South and zhanzhanguan road in the north, with a total area of 1.4 square kilometers. Provincial Military Region Community

It is located at 410 Bayi Road in the central city of Changsha. Established in August 1986, the community extends from the Great Wall Hotel at No. 28 North Shaoshan Road in the East, to the provincial military hospital at No. 479 Bayi Road in the west, to the military guest house at Yingbin Road in the south, and to Hunan Hotel at No. 111 East Yingpan road in the north. It is a combined community composed of four units: the provincial military region, the Provincial Bureau of science, technology and industry for national defense, the provincial economic and Information Commission and Hunan Hotel. It covers an area of 0.48 square kilometers, with a permanent population of 2616 households and a total population of 5294.

Bayi Bridge Community

At the east end of Bayi Bridge and the westernmost of jiucaiyuan street in Furong district, the area is formed by the integration of the original three neighborhood committees, namely, kuijiao street, Bayi Road and huanghutang, and a part of tongyinli neighborhood committee. Yingbin Road in the East, Wuyi Road in the south, Bayi Road in the north, Furong Road in the west, with a total area of about 0.35 square kilometers. There are 25 large and small units, such as industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Yahua Hotel, Yinhua Hotel, etc., with more than 2269 permanent residents, 6194 permanent residents and 58 residential quarters. It is a typical social comprehensive community.

Tongyinli community

Tongyinli community is located in the downtown area east of Yingbin Road, west of Shaoshan Road, south of Bayi Road and north of Wuyi Avenue, with a total area of about 0.2 square kilometers. There are 1752 households and a permanent population of more than 4911 people. There are 10 units under the jurisdiction, including the provincial safety Supervision Bureau, the Provincial Coal Industry Bureau, the provincial Red Cross Society, the Municipal Food Bureau and the 12th middle school.

Tangjialing community

Tangjialing community is located in the east of Shaoshan Road, west of Rongyuan road and north of Bayi Road. It covers an area of about 0.7 square kilometers, with a total permanent population of 7753 and 61 dormitory units. Units under the jurisdiction include provincial public security department, Provincial Prison Administration Bureau, Tongtian Hotel, air force Hostel, dujiayuan sanatorium, Provincial Department of justice and 73 Branch Bureau, xunbang Real Estate Co., Ltd., Nanhai Hotel, Haicheng Hotel, Provincial Institute for drug control, etc. At present, there are 10 community workers, 7 with college education or above, 3 in senior high school, and 84 party members directly in charge of the community. the community has successively won the honors of "city safety demonstration community", "City Health Demonstration Community", "city energy conservation and environmental protection community", "City Property Demonstration Community", "district top ten social management demonstration community", "district family planning five-star community", "district two type demonstration community" and "district advanced collective of the sixth census".
