It was officially handed over on February 18. On June 20, the State Council approved the relocation of Haiyuan county government from Haicheng Town to Heicheng town. Based on the analysis of the history and actual situation of the place name of Heicheng Town, the 17th executive meeting of the government of the autonomous region confirmed that Heicheng Town, the new location of Haiyuan County, was renamed Sanhe Town.
