Nanshan community consists of four natural villages: Dacun, Weizi, Magong and Weicun. Total number of households: 886; total population: 4320. The community has a total of 720 mu of cultivated land, which belongs to dry garden and low yield land, and 473 mu of forest land, which is generally shelterbelt.

The main industrial structure of the community is agricultural and fisheries production and the tertiary industry. Fishery production is the main industry of the community, and its economic income accounts for a relatively high proportion. The second is the economic income from the tertiary industry.
