Xinjiamu Sumu

Xinjiamu Sumu, belonging to Keerqin Right Wing Middle Banner of Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Keerqin Right Wing Middle Banner. It borders Tongyu County of Baicheng City in Jilin Province in the East and Southeast, gaoliban town in the South and southwest, daiqintalasumu in the West and northwest, and Tuquan County in the north and northeast. The area of new Jiamu Sam wood is 1138.64 square kilometers, and by the end of 2018, the number of registered residence population is 12867.

During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1662-1722), xinjiamusumu was the territory of abidabelle, the right wing central banner of Horqin, and established a residence, named beilehaoruo, which was translated as beilefu, and later translated as beizifu; after liberation, nutuk (District) of beizifu was established under the original name; xinjiamu commune was established in 1958; xinjiamusumu was changed in 1984. As of June 2020, xinjiamu Sumu has jurisdiction over 13 Gacha and 1 breeding stock farm.

In 2017, there were 6 xinjiamu sappan wood enterprises with 32 employees; in 2018, there were 5 xinjiamu sappan wood industrial enterprises with 52 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1662-1722), it was the territory of abidabaile, the right wing banner of Horqin, and established a residence, which was named bailehaoruo. It was translated as bailehu, and later translated as beizifu.

After liberation, nutuk (District) of Beizi Prefecture was established under its original name.

In 1958, xinjiamu commune was established.

In 1984, Jiamu was transformed into Sumu.

At the end of 2011, xinjiamu Sumu governed 13 Gacha villagers' committees, including Haolibao, xinjiamu, jielibai, jierendaba, bayintaohai, beizifu, Xinfa, zhuntaibun, haribata, bayanbaha, Sanjiazi, habasitai and saiyinwendure.

As of June 2020, xinjiamu Sumu has 13 Gacha, 1 breeding stock farm living area and Sumu people's Government in zhuangcaibaotun.

Xinjiamusumu is located in the southeast of Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner, bordering Tongyu County, Baicheng City, Jilin Province in the East and Southeast, gaoliban town in the South and southwest, daiqintalasum in the West and northwest, and Tuquan County in the north and northeast. Xinjiamu Sumu area has a maximum distance of 44 km from east to west and 46 km from north to south, covering an area of 1138.64 square kilometers.

climate

Xinjiamu sappan has a temperate continental monsoon climate. It is windy in spring and warm in summer. The rainfall is concentrated in July, August and September. The sunshine is sufficient, cool and short in autumn, and long and cold in winter. The annual average temperature is 5.5 ℃, the average temperature in July is 23.1 ℃, and the average temperature in January is - 13.7 ℃. The first frost period is at the end of September and the last frost period is at the end of April. The annual average frost free period is 140 days. The accumulated temperature above 0 ℃ is 3000 ℃ and the annual average precipitation is 383 mm.

There are two main rivers in xinjiamusiumu, e'mute River and Huolin River, which are distributed in the north and south.

natural disaster

The main natural disasters of xinjiamu are drought, sandstorm, flood and so on. The frequency of drought is 88%, and the frequency of spring drought is 59%, in which the spring drought accounts for 46%. The annual gale above 8 is about 40 days, and the maximum year is about 100 days, mainly from March to April. In April 2001 and March 2004, dust storms occurred respectively, lasting for a long time, with visibility of 50-100 meters and wind force of 8-10. Flood and waterlogging disasters are mainly concentrated in July to August, with a frequency of 90% and a maximum of four times a year. Hail, low temperature, diseases and insect pests also occur from time to time.

Xinjiamusiumu has proved underground mineral deposits in xinniuhai coal mine, with a depth of 60-75 meters, a thickness of 12 meters, a storage capacity of 9 million tons and a recoverable capacity of 6 million tons. There are 452 species of higher plants in 65 families and 167 species of birds in 16 orders, including 34 species of national key protected animals such as Red Crowned Crane, white naped crane, Demoiselle Crane, white stork and great bustard.
