Xinmin community is located in the northeast of Guxi street, Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. It extends to Guping road in the East, Wohu road in the west, Guxi road in the South and Hulu road in the north, with a total area of 0.13 square kilometers. It is a block type community.

There are 58 buildings, 1980 households and 6082 permanent residents in the new village, and 15 non residential buildings.
