TANGJian town

TANGJian Town, Shuyang County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province is located in the northeast of Shuyang, Jiangsu Province. The town covers an area of 55.1 square kilometers (2017). It has jurisdiction over 12 administrative villages with a population of 36217 (in 2017). You Qinglin, a member of the Communist Party of China, who is still smiling at the sky with a horizontal sword, died in August 1942 when he stopped the Japanese devils and traitors from attacking qinjiazhai. Zhao Changsheng, a national model worker, led the masses to become rich through hard work. He set up a paper mill with an annual output of 1500 tons of paper and recruited 210 local farmers. In 1988, he was rated as "national model worker" and was interviewed by Deng Xiaoping and other central leaders.

Characteristic industry

Vigorously develop the ecological goose breeding belt along the Yihe River, with nearly 100 large breeding households and 366 households with less than 500 feathers. Longchang, Huabei and Huoyan geese are mainly cultivated in the town; four villages along the Yihe River, including Matun, Haowei, GuWa and shuangyao, make use of natural resources to develop breeding production on the beach and beside the river, and beach breeding has become a new growth point for the development of animal husbandry in the town. The town is a well-known "printing town". There are 85 printing factories, more than 400 sets of printing machinery, and more than 5000 people engaged in printing sales.

Cultural undertakings

TANGJian town cultural center, in recent years, closely around the overall strategy of strengthening the town with culture and enriching the people with culture, has spent more than 700000 yuan to build a cultural center building, and set up more than 10 cultural places for farmers to learn, such as farmers' book reading room, table tennis room, music sharing room, science and technology classroom, farmers' entertainment room, farmers' fitness room, etc. In the square in front of the cultural center building, the only silicon Pu basketball court covering an area of 800 square meters in the city has been built, which can accommodate more than 1500 spectators and can undertake basketball competitions at the city and county levels. Twelve villages in the town have also set up farmer's bookstores one after another. The farmer's bookstores now have more than 10000 books, which are open to farmers 24 hours a day for free. More than 200 farmers in the town have been inspired by reading scientific and technological books in the farmer's bookstores. They have successively set up breeding companies to raise rabbits, snails and ecological geese. Some farmers also use Suqian Lihua animal husbandry Co., Ltd. and Shandong Yihua animal husbandry Co., Ltd Hakka Food Co., Ltd. carries out the business model of company + base + farmers, which effectively increases farmers' income. Since 2010, TANGJian town has been awarded the advanced cultural and sports township of Suqian City, the advanced cultural and sports township of Jiangsu Province, and the national sports demonstration project Township by the end of 2012.
