Xinmin community

Xinmin community is located in the south of Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, facing the Pearl River Estuary. Dongbao River (commonly known as Maozhou River) surrounds the whole village and faces Shajing Town of Bao'an across the river. North of S358 provincial highway and Guangshen Highway 4 km, land and water transportation is convenient. Guanli clock factory is the largest Japanese invested enterprise introduced by the community in 2000. It is the main domestic production enterprise of Japan's west iron city company. The factory building area is 45000 square meters, and the foreign investment is nearly 315 million Hong Kong dollars. In 2007, it produced 2.5 million clocks and watches, which plays an important role in Xinmin's economic development. Xinmin Xinyi glasses factory, which was introduced earlier, is one of the largest enterprises in Xinmin community. It is a listed company in Hong Kong and the second largest glasses manufacturer in the world. It has a plant area of 33000 square meters and a total investment of HK $46.52 million. In 2007, it produced 12 million pairs of glasses. In 2007, Xinmin community began to plan and construct the major project of Xinmin environmental protection professional park. The environmental protection professional park implements centralized production management for electroplating and other polluting enterprises in the town, centralized sewage treatment and recycling discharge, so as to effectively protect the ecological environment. The park covers an area of 350 mu, with a construction area of 250000 square meters and a total investment of about 350 million yuan.
