Hexi community is located in the southwest of Xinpu District, starting from Yanhe Road in the East, Xingfu road in the west, Hailian road in the north and Daqing Road in the south, covering an area of about 1.5 square kilometers. There are 2132 permanent residents with a total population of 6538. There are five party branches under the general branch of the community party, with 182 members. Currently, there are more than 350 enterprises, courts, and construction bureaus in Xinpu district.
