Hedong community of Pingchuan town in Wuping County is located in the east of the county. It is the political, economic, cultural and business center of the county, covering an area of about 3 square kilometers. In the East, it is bounded by the East Ring Road; in the west, it is bounded by the Pingchuan River; in the south, it is bounded by the 306 line of Huancheng West Road; in the north, it is bounded by the grain farm.

The community is divided into 7 large areas and 10 resident groups. The total population of the community is about 2365 households, with a population of about 7506, a floating population of more than 800, 825 retired cadres and workers, 10 community cadres, and 1 college student volunteer serving the community. There are 124 party members in the community, including 76 retired party members, 41 laid-off party members from enterprises, 4 community cadres and Party members, and 3 probationary party members for college graduates.

Development

In December 2008, the general Party branch committee was established, with three branches, each of which has three members.
