Guangming Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Changling County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the east of Changling County, 30 kilometers away from Changling County and 90 kilometers away from Changchun City; it borders Sanqingshan town in the East, Taipingshan town in the southeast, Haiqing Township in the south, Liushui town in the West and collective township in the north. The total administrative area is 171.54 square kilometers.
In 1956, Guangming township was established; in 1983, Guangming commune was changed into Guangming township. By the end of 2018, Guangming Township had 20580 registered residence population. As of June 2020, Guangming rural has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages.
