Wulanchabu New District Street is located in the south of Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia. It starts from the middle line of Laohushan in the East, ends at the Beijing Baotou railway line in the west, borders on Qianqi in the South and Shahe in the north, with a total area of nearly 100 square meters. The total number of households in the jurisdiction is 10918, with a total population. There are 6 neighborhood committees and 24 resident groups. There are eight party branches with 53 members. There are 59 resident units, including 3 at the municipal level, 1 at the district level, 10 at the municipal level and 9 at the district level.

Through random sampling of population changes, account records and "household distribution map" signs, the "macro-control" of family planning work in subdistrict offices and communities has been realized, and good results have been achieved. At the same time, we carried out regular activities to send food, clothing and other money to families in need. Actively organize party members and cadres to go deep into the masses to solve their practical difficulties in production and life. Third, we should thoroughly control environmental sanitation and create healthy and civilized streets. in order to fully implement the spirit of the municipal Party committee's instructions on improving the level of urban health civilization, the Party Working Committee and office of the new district have organized human and material resources to comprehensively manage the environmental sanitation in the past two years. According to the requirement of "who is in charge of the front door", the Party Working Committee and office of the new district have mobilized individual businesses on both sides of Huaiyuan South Street and Xinggong road to actively remove the "psoriasis" and accumulation in the city Rubbish. Health assistants should be stationed at each garbage point to urge residents to dump garbage and filth at fixed points and on a regular basis, so as to improve the living environment. Coordinate the urban management department to dispatch more than 40 vehicles to thoroughly remove more than 1400 tons of garbage accumulated in residential areas. At the same time, the Party Working Committee and the office printed more than 3000 proposals, and publicized and mobilized in the main streets and alleys of six communities, requiring residents to thoroughly clean their courtyards and rooms, so as to achieve daily cleaning and "six cleanings". Through the treatment of environmental sanitation, the residents' health awareness has been greatly improved, and the voluntary clean-up action is being actively carried out. The sanitation of blocks and residential areas has been greatly improved, and good results have been achieved. While actively cleaning up the environmental sanitation, the street Party Working Committee and the office also pay attention to greening, beautifying, lighting and purifying the area, so as to fundamentally improve the appearance of the area. More than 100 cadres and communities were mobilized five times, and 1200 shrubs, 230 poplar trees and 110 big Yunshan trees were planted in the area. During this period, 340 tree pits were dug, the isolation zone was nearly 500 meters, 600 cubic meters of earthwork was cut off, 600 cubic meters of soil was replaced, and 120 trucks were watered.
