History of construction

Ming Dynasty period, belongs to Nuzhen Huifa department.

In the early Qing Dynasty, it was a fresh paddock. Qing Guangxu four years (1878), belongs to hailongting Haizhen society. In the first year of Xuantong of Qing Dynasty (1909), Hailong mansion put Dongba society under Huinan Zhili hall, which belongs to Huizhen society of Huinan Zhili hall.
