Xinxing Township

Xinxing township is a township under the jurisdiction of Xunke County in Heilongjiang Province. It has four administrative villages, namely Xinxing Village (208 households), Xinjian Village (87 households), Xincheng Village (58 households) and Xinhe Village (67 households), with 420 households and a total population of 1154 (2017).

Xinxing Oroqen township is located at the northern foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains and the northern part of the mountainous area in the southeast of Xunke County, with an administrative area of 343.27 square kilometers (2017). Across the fourth, fifth and sixth season temperate zone, the annual accumulated temperature is 1700-2300 ℃, the annual sunshine hours are 2600 hours, the precipitation is 750 mm, and the frost free period is 105 days. Durbin river runs through the whole territory from east to west, and Korbin river flows through the territory from south to north. The countryside is rich in natural resources, wild animals, mountain products and aquatic resources, which is suitable for the development of freshwater aquaculture and livestock breeding. It is rich in mineral resources and has great potential for economic development.

Xinxing Township governs four administrative villages, namely Xinxing Village (208 households), Xinjian Village (87 households), Xincheng Village (58 households) and Xinhe Village (67 households), with 420 households and a total population of 1154 (2017). There are seven ethnic groups in Oroqen, Manchu, Daur, Korea, Mongolia, Xibe and Han. Among them, there are 83 families and 183 Oroqen residents, accounting for 13% of the total population in the township. At present, the brick and tile rate of the houses of the e nationality is 100%, the tap water rate is 100%, and the cable TV rate is 100%. The township has a total of 1989 hectares of arable land, 18 mu of arable land per capita.

GDP

In 2011, the gross output value of the township reached 11.7788 million yuan, the total agricultural output value was 10.404 million yuan, and the per capita net income was 5105 yuan, an increase of 36.1% and 37.3% respectively compared with 2005. The grain output of the township reached 4316 tons, an increase of 44.5% compared with 2005, realizing steady and rapid economic growth and comprehensive development of various social undertakings.
