Huili township is subordinate to Jiaocheng County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province. It is located in the northwest of Jiaocheng County, the heart of central and Western Sichuan, 50 kilometers away from the urban area. The total area of the township is 447.81 square kilometers. The township governs 20 administrative villages and 36 natural villages.
