Liu Zuofu, also known as liujiazhen. He is from Fushun, Sichuan Province. When I graduated from middle school, I became a primary school teacher. He was admitted to China University in Beijing in 1925. In the spring of 1926, he took part in the March 18th anti imperialist Patriotic Movement in Beijing. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1927 and successively served as member of the CPC southern Sichuan district Party committee, Secretary of Neijiang Prefecture Party committee, deputy secretary of the city Work Committee of the CPC Sichuan provincial Party committee, Secretary of the CPC Sichuan provincial Party committee, Secretary of the Secretariat of the Southwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and leader of the southwest group of the central supervisory committee. He was elected as a representative of the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and a member of the supervisory committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. He died of illness in Chengdu on June 7, 1967.

Life of the characters
He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1927 and was transferred to Beijing Xicheng District Committee in April. After the failure of the great revolution, he served as the commander in chief of the armed riots in Xicheng District. In October, he was arrested for betraying and was sentenced to 12 years. He was rescued and released on bail in May 1928.
In August of the same year, he was sent to Shanghai by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the west of Jiangxi Province, where he successively served as the party representative of the local Red Army column, member and Secretary General of the special committee of the west of Jiangxi Province of the Communist Party of China, and took part in the struggle to create the revolutionary base in southwest Jiangxi Province.
In September 1929, he went to Shanghai for treatment due to illness and wrote a comprehensive report on the situation in western Jiangxi to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Later, he was a member of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and a special commissioner of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee.
In July 1930, he went to Shanghai to report the current situation and problems of Southwest Jiangxi base to the central government in writing. Later, he was appointed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to withdraw money from the first front army of the Red Army and southwest Jiangxi base.
In December of the same year, he was arrested by the 20th army of the Red Army during the "Futian Incident". He calmly stated that he was yiershi, special commissioner of the Central Committee. After patient persuasion, he wanted to withdraw gold and cash from the Central Committee, and was released. Then he took more than 1000 taels of gold safely back to the Party Central Committee of Shanghai, and truthfully reported the real situation of the "Futian Incident".
In May 1931, he opened a wooden shop in Shanghai as the secret contact point of the Communist Party of China, responsible for the communication between the Party Central Committee and international and domestic transportation. In August, he served as director of the Transportation Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. He is cool headed, resourceful and flexible. Under the extremely dangerous situation of successive damage to the organs of the Party Central Committee, he led the secret traffic of the Central Committee and achieved fruitful results. After a long-term struggle with the enemy, Zhou Enlai and many other central leaders and important cadres were escorted to revolutionary base areas, and drugs and equipment were transported to the Red Army several times.
Since 1933, he has been in charge of the Transportation Bureau of the Executive Bureau of the CPC Shanghai Central Committee. From July to August 1935, he attended the Seventh Congress of the Communist International. After the meeting, he studied in Moscow International Lenin college. After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War, he returned to Yan'an and served as the head of the cadre Department of the enemy region Working Committee of the CPC Central Committee since 1938. He attended the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the CPC from September to November.
Since 1943, he has been the director of the production Committee of the central organ of Zaoyuan. From April to June 1945, he attended the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China as a representative. During the war of liberation, he was sent to the northeast and successively served as Deputy Secretary of the central county Party committee of Yilan Boli Huanan of Hejiang province of the Communist Party of China and Secretary of Huanan county Party committee, member of Changchun municipal Party committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of the Department of democratic movement.
In December 1948, he was transferred to the post of vice minister of the Social Department of the CPC Central Committee. Soon after, he lived in Peiping with the CPC Central Committee and participated in leading the establishment of the Social Department of the CPC Central Committee. one
In August 949, he went south with the army and served as a political member of the fifth brigade of the Southwest Service Group. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, he has successively served as member of the CPC southern Sichuan district Party committee, Secretary of Neijiang Prefecture Party committee, deputy secretary of the city Work Committee of the CPC Sichuan provincial Party committee, Secretary of the CPC Sichuan provincial Party committee, Secretary of the Secretariat of the Southwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and leader of the southwest group of the central supervisory committee. He died of illness in Chengdu on June 7, 1967.
