The village committee of Xinlin community was established in March 2001 by the former Guocun and Meilin villages. Its jurisdiction covers an area of 4.2 square kilometers, including Hushu street in the East, JieXi community in the west, Wan'an in Longdu in the South and Qinglong ecological road in the north.
