Liujiazhen

Liujia town is located in the middle of Nanxi District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. It is adjacent to Xianlin town in the East, Nanxi street in the south, Huangsha town and Luolong street in the west, and Daguan town in the north. The area is 56.74 square kilometers. As of June 2020, Liujia town has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages and 1 community. The town government is located in Liujiachang town.

History of construction

In the early years of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, gaoxiongli, a subordinate of Liujia Town, was in charge.

In the middle of Qianlong period, Beili was under the jurisdiction of Liujia town.

During the Jiaqing period, Beili, a subordinate of Liujiachang.

In 1910, Liu Jiachang set up a township.

In December 1950, Liu's hometown was divided into four townships: Hongmiao, Gaolou, Kaiyuan and Liujia.

In May 1952, Kaiyuan township was assigned to the eighth district.

In March 1956, Liujia district was abolished, and liujiaxiang, Gaolou Township and Hongmiao Township were merged, which was called "liujiaxiang".

In September 1958, "Liu hometown" and "protecting agriculture township" merged and established the people's commune, named "rocket commune".

On August 20, 1992, Nanxi County implemented the policy of withdrawing districts and merging townships to build (expand) towns, and "rocket township" was renamed "Liujia town".

A professional cooperative of Kaiyuan winter peach in Liujia town has been established. The average yield of winter peach is about 15000 Jin per hectare. The economic income of winter peach sales in the village is about 20 million yuan, increasing the per capita income of growers by more than 10000 yuan. 10 commercial and residential buildings will be built, with an investment of 32 million yuan, a new cultural square and a new street with a width of 24 meters and a length of 160 meters; 600000 yuan will be invested to transform the street lamps and street trees in Nanguan section of Changzhen Town, install 30 street lamps and plant 60 street trees.
