Beigang street, belonging to Longgang District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Longgang District, adjacent to Jinzhou Bay in the East, across the sea from Jinzhou Development Zone, bounded by Lianwan street in the south, Jinjiao street in the mountain area in the West and Tashan Township in the mountain area in the north, with a total area of 42 square kilometers.
Beigang Street formerly belonged to Daochi commune of Jinxi County; in 1994, dushugou township was changed into Beigang Town, belonging to Longgang District of Huludao City; in 2003, Beigang street was established by withdrawing township to build street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Beigang street was 12052. As of June 2020, Beigang sub district has jurisdiction over six administrative villages, and the sub district office is located in Baimashi village.
In 2011, Beigang Street achieved a total agricultural output value of 105 million yuan.
History of construction
Beigang Street formerly belonged to Daochi commune of Jinxi County.
In 1983, Daochi commune disintegrated, and eight villages were set aside to build dushugou township.
In 1989, with the upgrading of Jinxi city to prefecture level city, it was assigned to Huludao District of Jinxi city.
In 1994, dushugou township was changed into Beigang Town, belonging to Longgang District of Huludao City.
In 2003, Beigang street was established after the township was removed.
