Fengnian Village Street

Fengniancun street is a township level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Dongli District, Tianjin, China. Fengnian village sub district office is located in the southwest of Dongli District, with an area of 5.5 square kilometers, reaching Bridge 4 of Jintang highway in the East, Jintang second line in the south, outer ring line in the West and Jingshan line in the north.

Evolution of organizational system

It was established in 1988. In 1996, with an area of 2.8 square kilometers and a population of 15000, the office is located in feng'an road and has jurisdiction over 13 neighborhood committees, including fengnianli, changshuli, xunheai, taixingli, fengxinli, xintaidao, Qihe Road, Dongming Road, changqingli, changleli, Zhonghe lane, Civil Aviation Administration and Civil Aviation College.

Fengnian village sub District Office (hereinafter referred to as Fengnian Village Street) is located in the southwest of Dongli District, with an area of 5.5 square kilometers, reaching Bridge 4 of Jintang highway in the East, Jintang second line in the south, outer ring line in the West and Jingshan line in the north. In the street area, Longting Road, Fu'an road and feng'an road run through the north and south, Jintang road and Jintang second line run across the East and West, and more than ten bus lines pass through the area. The new light rail station is located in the street area, with convenient transportation. It is about 7.2 km away from Tianjin airport, 14.5 km away from TEDA West District of Binhai New Area, and 17 km away from airport processing zone.

There are seven communities under the jurisdiction, namely fengnianli community, changshuli community, fengxinli community, xintaidao community, lixinli community, taixingli community and fengheli community, with a total population of 19075 (2010). The office is located in fengnianli community.
