There is only a small ditch between Lijiagou and Pingdingshan. Barbed wire is added around the ditch. Inside the net is Lijiagou, and outside the net is Pingdingshan, which is named Pingdingshan village. most of the poor miners who lived in the mine were surnamed Li. They borrowed their surnames and were called Lijiagou, which got their name from then on. Later, as the masses called Bai, they were called Lizigou.
Evolution of administrative districts
Before liberation, the area under the jurisdiction of Pingshan street was occupied by Japanese imperialism. To the west of the whole street (now known as Lizigou), most of them were poor miners and some workers. To the east of the street (North and South powder depots) and to the Southeast (nanjiapu), most of the workers lived in the powder depots. before liberation, Lijiagou (now known as Lizigou) was occupied by Japanese imperialism. At that time, Lijiagou village was under the jurisdiction of the Eastern labor department and police station. There are eight guarantors (one for 100 households and one for 10 households). The head of the guarantors is in charge of administration. after the restoration on August 15, 1945, the Soviet army and the Northeast People's self-defense army entered and withdrew in about four to five months. There was no administrative organization and they were in a state of chaos. In February 1946, the KMT entered and established an administrative organ, which was the town office of yangbaibao town. Lijiagou village is under the direct leadership of the town office. The Baojia system has not changed, and the town office is under the direct leadership of the municipal office. after the liberation of Fushun in October 1948, there was no formal planning administrative region in Lijiagou. Only yangbaibao village office and local police station were established. Under the leadership of the village office, Lizigou was temporarily under the leadership of the people's Government of nanyuanyuan district. In February 1949, according to the instructions of Fushun Municipal People's government, Lizigou was changed into a street government under the jurisdiction of Shengli District People's government. In August 1949, the people's Government of Fushun City directed that LIZIGOU Street government be merged with the leadership of Nanhua Park office. In June 1953, the district office was abolished by universal suffrage, and the District People's government was established. LIZIGOU Street Committee was under the jurisdiction of Shengli District People's government. In January 1954, Lizigou sub district committee was changed into a sub district office under the jurisdiction of Shengli District People's government. In the autumn of 1956, Lizigou sub district office was planned to be under the jurisdiction of the old open-air area. In October 1957, the old open-air district was abolished, and Lijiagou sub district office was planned to be under the jurisdiction of Dongzhou District People's Committee (changed to open-air District People's Committee in 1958). In May 1960, Lijiagou sub district office was changed into Pingshan people's commune. Under the commune, there are four districts (also called big committees) named by numbers, and eleven residents' committees under the jurisdiction of open-air areas. In May 1961, the small street was changed into the main street, and the four streets were changed into two East and west streets. The commune organization did not change. In August 1962, the large commune was divided into small communes. Pingshan people's commune abolished two streets and set up 14 neighborhood committees. In September 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Pingshan people's commune set up four streets, namely, Hongxing street, Pingshan street, Hongwei street and Xianghong street. At the same time, it formed four two ability revolutionary committees, established the Party branch, and led the 14 neighborhood committees under the leadership of the street Revolutionary Committee, which was still under the leadership of the open-air Revolutionary Committee. in August 1978, after the system adjustment, the second level reform committee was abolished and ten residents committees were set up under it. The reform committee of Pingshan commune was changed into Pingshan sub district office. In 1999, after the system reform, ten committees were reorganized into six communities, namely: Dongshan community, Xishan community, Huaxing community, Daokou community, Huazhong community and Guangchang community. In 2006, after the system reform, six communities were reorganized into five communities, namely: Dongshan community, Xishan community, Liyuan community, Lihua community and Liyuan community.
