Daxing Street

Old street name. Daxing street is located in the northwest of Yuhong District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, with an area of 34.2 square kilometers and a permanent population of 19465 (2010). It governs one community and 13 administrative villages.

Shen Shan Railway, Qin Shen railway and 304 national highway pass through the territory.

In December 2019, the people's Government of Hongqu District abolished Daxing street, and the area under its jurisdiction was divided into mashanjia street.

Historical evolution

Daxing commune was established in 1962.

In 1964, Tiexi was divided into flood area.

In 1983, it was changed to Daxing Korean nationality township.

In 1996, it covers an area of 51.9 square kilometers and has a population of 15000. It governs 13 administrative villages, namely Beichen, wujiahuang, Aidong, Daxing, Quansheng, Xinguang, baogangzi, shagangzi, Xiqiao, chengujiazi, Guanghui, Aiguo and Xingsheng.

In August 2007, the system of Daxing Korean township was abolished and Daxing sub district office was established.

On December 2, 2019, Daxing street was abolished and its jurisdiction was divided into Masanjia street.
