Xinkaihe town
Xinkaihe town is a town under the jurisdiction of Donghu District, Manzhouli City, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is located in the southeast of Manzhouli City, adjacent to xinbalhuzuoqi in the East, ZALAINUOER District in the west, open-pit dump in the South and Erka ecological park in the north.
Historical evolution
Xinkaihe town is named because Xinkaihe River (formerly dalan'e Luomu River) flows through the east side of the town. On January 27, 2000, with the approval of the government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Manzhouli City abolished the station street of Donghu District and established Xinkaihe town. In the fifth census in 2000, there were 10034 people in Xinkaihe town. In 2006, Xinkaihe town was abolished and Xinkaihe street was set up. in 2010, the sixth population census found that there were 7676 people in Xinkaihe street; in 2014, Xinkaihe street was abolished and Xinkaihe town was established (No. 193, neiwei Zi).

The development momentum of special animal husbandry in Xinkaihe town is strong. Carrots and green onions have become the main products of Xinkaihe town's export to Russia.
