Nancheng street of Yongjia County was established on May 25, 2011. Its administrative area is west of Huancheng West Road of Shangtang town and south of Yuejiang bridge (except the area north of Xianqian road and east of Yongxing Road). With an area of 64 square kilometers, it has 31 administrative villages, 2 urban communities and 3 rural communities, with a total population of 54000 and a permanent resident population of nearly 70000. There are 7769 people from 3500 households in Chengnan community, 12754 people from 4868 households in Chengxi community, 14709 people from 3305 households in Yongxing community, 4238 people from 1255 households in Huangyu community and 10856 people from 3640 households in Zhongtang community.

Jurisdiction
The former Shangtang town is located in the south of Yongjia County, on the East Bank of the lower reaches of Nanxi River. County Government resident.
