Liangcun township is located in the West Bank of Weihe River in the west of Nanle county. It is adjacent to Weixian county and Daming town in Hebei Province in the West and north respectively. It faces Yuancun town across Weihe River in the South and Sizhuang Township across Weihe River in the East.

Covering an area of 48 square kilometers, it has jurisdiction over Wujiazhuang, Yuhuangmiao, Hanzhuang, Suncun, Shaozhuang, Anzhuang, Daguo, Wucun, qianzhai, Houzhai, Qianfo, Yuanzhuang, Zhangcun, shenzhuang, Dongguo, Songzhuang, liangcunpu, and 20 administrative villages including Xiwang (including xianglizhuang), Liangcun, xichongting, beizhangzhuang. Wu village is located in the west of Liang village, and Cangjie tomb temple is located in the north of the village. It is the ancient Changyi City (commonly known as Changcheng). Changzhou was established here in the Eastern Wei Dynasty. There is Zhanghe River in the west of the township. It entered from the south of Weixian County in 1888 and is now dry. Eight villages in the north have been poor since ancient times, and the water quality has a high fluorine content.
