East Yang Zhuang Township, belonging to Bazhou City, Langfang City, Hebei Province, is located in the central part of Bazhou City, East and the Chuang-tzu Township, and south to the Suqiao Town, Wen An county, West Bazhou Town, North Kang Xian Zhuang Town and Jian tea Town, with an area of 30.21 square kilometers, and as of 2018, the registered residence population is 24531.

In 1953, East Yangzhuang township was built. In 1958, it belonged to ruzuo commune. In 1961, dongyangzhuang commune was established. In 1984, the township was restored. In 1996, ruzuo township was incorporated into China. As of June 2020, dongyangzhuang township has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages.
