Weicun town

Weicun Town, belonging to Qingyuan District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located 15 kilometers west of Qingyuan District, bordering baituan Township in the East, Yangcheng Township in the south, fangshunqiao township of Mancheng District in the West and Yujiazhuang township of Mancheng District in the north. The town people's government is stationed in wangluohou village. The largest distance is 8.4 km, the largest 8.2 km from north and south, the total area is 45.29 square kilometers, and the total registered residence population is 41876 (2018).

In 1961, Weicun people's commune was established. In May 1984, it was changed to Weicun township. In November 1984, Weicun township was changed into a town. As of October 2019, Weicun town has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Weicun town is stationed in wangluohou village.
