Fuhai Town, belonging to Fuhai County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Fuhai County, bordering kuoke agashi Township in the East, South and southwest, and Jiete Arele Township in the north. In 2018, Fuhai Town had an area of 40.6 square kilometers and 20599 registered residence.

In 1950, Fuhai Town was directly under the township; in 1958, it belonged to Dongfeng commune; in 1972, it was established as Fuhai Town. In October 2019, Fuhai Town has 6 neighborhood committees and 2 communities.
