Yulongkashi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Hotan City, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Hotan City, bordering Buya township of Luopu County in the East, Buya township of Luopu County in the south, urban area in the West and Buya township of Luopu County in the north. The administrative area is 42.24 square kilometers.

History of construction
Originally in Luopu county.
In 1944, Yulong Kashi town was established.
In 1950, it belonged to the second district.
In 1958, Heping and Hongxing commune was established.
In 1959, tieliu commune was established by merging with Dongfeng commune and Weixing commune in Jiya district.
In 1979, it was renamed Yulong Kashgar commune.
In 1984, it was divided into Yulongkashi town and Buya township.
In 2006, it was assigned to Hotan city.
