Paiba Township, a new County in Akesu, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Xinhe County, East and its border with ijk Township, adjacent to the town of Ying Mar, Sha Ya county, West and the village of the tower of the Shihe Ike.
