Jingfeng township is located in the north east of the county, bordering Pingyao County in the north and Qinxian and Wuxiang in the East. It has a total area of 121 square kilometers (182000 mu), 3215 mu of water area, 1187 mu of village roads, 12638 mu of natural grassland, 4000 mu of barren mountains, 110723 mu of collective forest and 29848 mu of state-owned forest.

Jingfeng township is one of the largest forest areas in the county. The whole township is full of green ocean, natural scenery such as Shenxian cave, Tianshen mountain, Lihe primeval forest and so on, which is of great development value. Jingfeng township is rich in water and grass resources, which is an excellent animal husbandry farm in the county. At the same time, it is also the largest fresh water resource Township in the county. The rivers in the township are crisscross and flow ceaselessly, and the development potential is huge. Jingfeng township is 58 kilometers northeast of Qinyuan County, adjacent to Qinxian County in the East, guantan Township in the south, chishiqiao Township in the West and Pingyao Township in the north.

Jingfeng Township governs six administrative villages, including rujiazhuang village, Lihe village, Jingfeng village, majiayu village, Beixinzhuang village and Nanwan village, 22 natural villages, 819 households and 3146 people. It covers an area of 121 square kilometers, including 5630 mu of cultivated land and 155000 mu of forest, with a forest coverage rate of 85%.
