Heka Town, belonging to Xinghai County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the northeast of Xinghai County. It is adjacent to tanggemu town and Tiegai township of Gonghe County in the East, and faces Taxiu township of Guinan County across the Yellow River, Tangnaihai Township in the south, Ziketan town in the West, and qieji township of Gonghe County in the north. In 2018, the area of the river town was 1967.73 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 15311.
