Fengdi Town, belonging to Zhouqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the west of Zhouqu County, connecting Chengguan town and Wuping Township in the East and south, Hanban Township in the West and Pingding Township in the north. The area is 197.29 square kilometers. In 2018, 11886 people registered residence.

Before 1949, it was Fengdi township. After 1949, it was the peak overlapping area. In 1958, Fengdi commune was established (governing Heiyu, Fengdi and Duba management areas). In 1984, Fengdi township was changed. In 2017, the township was replaced by township. In June 2020, Fengdi town governs 2 communities and 18 administrative villages.

In 2018, Fengdi town has 7 industrial enterprises, 1 industrial enterprise above Designated Size, and 6 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
