Daogao Township, belonging to Zhuoni County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the south of Zhuoni County, bordering on kaerqin Township in the East, Niba Township in the south, Diebu County in the West and zhagulu town in the north. The area is 338.49 square kilometers. In 2018, 5302 people registered residence.

In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), Zhuoni set up the Administration Bureau of Luzhu township. In 1953, Gongba district was set up here. In 1954, it merged with Luzhu district. In 1962, after the establishment of Zhuoni county was restored, daogao township was set up here. In June 2020, daogao village governs three administrative villages.

At the end of 2011, daogao Township had 6358 mu of arable land, 282000 mu of available grassland and 157000 mu of forest land. The main grain crops are wheat and highland barley, producing 439.1 tons of grain and 531 tons of meat; the total output value of animal husbandry is 8.6 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen is 2690 yuan.
