Liuchuan Township, belonging to Kangle County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the north of Kangle County, with Huguan Township in the East, Kangfeng Township in the south, Baiwang Township in the West and Guanghe County in the north. The area is 41.44 square kilometers. In 2018, 19786 people registered residence.

In 1286, Dangchuan county was abolished and incorporated into Didao. In April 1952, Liuchuan district was established, with jurisdiction over Dangchuan Township, Qingshui Township, Baiwang Township, Laoshu Township, Su Township, Gucheng Township and jiaozui township. In 1958, it was renamed Liuchuan township. In October 2019, Liuchuan rural governs 8 administrative villages.

In 2018, there was one industrial enterprise in Liuchuan township.
