Sanyu Township

Sanyu Township, subordinate to Lixian County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the south of Lixian County, connecting Xihe County in the East, Wudu District in the south, Caoping Township in the west, wangba town in the north, 90 kilometers away from Lixian County, with a total area of 119.45 square kilometers.

In 1949, Sanyu township was established; in March 1983, Sanyu commune was changed into Sanyu township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of three Yuxiang was 5435. As of June 2020, Sanyu township has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Shuigou village.

The main food crops in Sanyu township are wheat, corn and potato; the main animal husbandry is raising pigs, sheep and poultry. In 2018, Sanyu township has three industrial enterprises and one comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
