Xi xiulong town

Zhuaxixiulong Town, subordinate to Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, is located in the narrow strip of Jinqiang River upstream and its tributaries between Wushaoling, waibalang mountain, daiqian mountain and Maya snow mountain, 41 kilometers away from Tianzhu County. It is adjacent to Anyuan town in the northeast, Haxi town in the north, Dachaigou town in the south, Tanshanling town in the southwest and Menyuan Hui Autonomous County in Qinghai Province in the West. The area is 510.89 square kilometers. As of 2019, xixiulong town has jurisdiction over five administrative villages. In 2017, there were 3423 permanent residents in xiulong town.

In 2005, the gross national product of xiulong town was 6.634 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen was 1690 yuan. In 2017, there was one enterprise in xixiulong town with 105 employees.

Historical evolution

In 1961, Xi xiulong commune was established.

In 1963, hesonglin, zhuaxixiulong, Baita, Anyuan, Qinghe and longgou were Yongfeng districts.

In October 1985, the district was withdrawn and the township of zhuoxixiulong was set up.

In March 2018, the township was withdrawn and the xixiulong town was set up.

In 1985, zhuoxixiulong town governed five administrative villages, namely daiqian, honggeda, Nannigou, Tanyaogou and Yongfeng.

By 2019, zhuaxixiulong town has five administrative villages: daiqian village, honggedan village, Nannigou village, Yongfeng Village and Tanyaogou village.

It is located in the west of Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County, 41 kilometers away from Tianzhu County. It is adjacent to Anyuan town in the northeast, Haxi town in the north, Dachaigou town in the south, Tanshanling town in the southwest and Menyuan Hui Autonomous County in Qinghai Province in the West. The altitude is between 2787 and 4325 meters, the annual average temperature is - 2 ℃, and the annual average precipitation is 500 mm, which belongs to temperate continental climate. The area is 510.89 square kilometers.
