Jia Chuan Township, a member of Qingshui County, Tianshui, Gansu, is located in the west of Qingshui County, east to Red Castle Town, adjacent to Fung HSI, South to Jin Ji Town, and west to Jin Ji Town, north to Tumen Town, with an area of 51.22 square kilometers, and in 2018, 13985 registered residence population.

In 1965, when the scale of the commune was adjusted, Gaochuan, Shuiqing, Jinji and other communes were partially incorporated. In 1983, it was changed to Jiachuan township. As of June 2020, Jiachuan has jurisdiction over two communities and seven administrative villages.
