On April 12, 2019, juemu sub district of Bayi District organized and held the mobilization meeting of "four stresses and four loves" mass education practice activities. Street leaders at home, secretaries of community party branches, first secretaries, resident team leaders, Party branch secretaries of local police stations, and all staff of street "four stresses and four loves" activity office attended the meeting. Bian Ba Ziren, deputy secretary of the street Party Working Committee and director of the people's Congress Working Committee, presided over the meeting.
