Dongjiang high tech Industrial Park of Huizhou Zhongkai high tech Zone was established in December 2008. It is a key development zone in Huizhou during the "11th Five Year Plan" and "12th Five Year Plan". In February 2010, it was included in the management scope of Zhongkai high tech Zone and became an important part of "one zone, four parks and five towns (streets)" in Zhongkai high tech Zone.
Dongjiang Industrial Park is built around the four key words of "national level, innovative, ecological and demonstrative", and has entered the accelerated development stage of project settlement and engineering construction. about 7 square kilometers of land has been developed in the park. The road, water supply, communication, street lamp, drainage, sewage and other municipal facilities in the park have achieved "seven connections and one leveling", the technology and financial services have been continuously optimized, the social management has been increasingly strengthened, and the investment environment has become increasingly mature. The park actively undertakes the industrial transfer from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and other developed regions, and introduces a number of high-quality enterprises, such as Huayang Group, Topbond shares, long lighting, Lehman optoelectronics, abison optoelectronics, Jingyang technology, shuobaid technology, Yili dairy, Xuerong biology, etc. By the end of 2012, the park has introduced more than 90 high-quality projects, with a total investment of more than 40 billion yuan, 23 enterprises have been put into operation, and more than 50 projects are under construction, of which about 80% of the settled enterprises are listed companies or companies preparing to go public, and a strategic emerging industrial cluster has initially formed with LED optoelectronics, mobile communication, high-definition video and other industries as the main industries. It has introduced commercial and residential real estate, hospitals, social parking lots, gas stations, schools and other supporting projects, and initially established the industrial layout of high-tech industries and modern service industries such as science and technology finance, modern logistics, commercial and residential real estate, theme parks and school education.
