Jugezhuang town is located in the southeast of Miyun District, adjacent to Dachengzi town in the East, Dongshaoqu town and Henan Zhai town in the south, mujiayu town in the north across Chaohe River. Beijing Chengde expressway is adjacent to Caijiawa village and Shachang village. There are exits respectively. MIPING road and mixing road run through the town. Beijing Chengde railway runs through the town. With convenient transportation and superior geographical location, it is one of the six key small towns in the region. The town governs 26 administrative villages, including 56 natural villages, with a total area of 107.8 square kilometers.

There is a medium-sized reservoir built in the 1970s, Shachang reservoir, with a total capacity of 21.2 million cubic meters and a usable capacity of 21.2 million cubic meters. The northern mountain is rich in mineral resources, mainly iron ore and shale. Shouyun Mining Co., Ltd. and Weike company are all built here. There are 25 units in the area, including the district court, the industrial and commercial bureau, the water resources bureau, the agricultural and commercial bank, the post office and other units, which have branch offices and offices in charge of Dachengzi town and Dongshaoqu town. Jugezhuang town is located in the northeast of Miyun District, 3km away from the district city, adjacent to Dachengzi in the East, mujiayu in the north, Dongshaoqu in the south, and Beijing Chengde expressway. The total area of the town is 107.8 square kilometers, including 95.13 square kilometers of mountainous area and 12.67 square kilometers of plain area. The water area is 3600 mu, including a small reservoir with a total capacity of 2120 square meters and a usable capacity of 1940 cubic meters. The reservoir water is clear and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. Rich in mineral resources, including iron ore, shale, throughout the northeast of Beishan. The administrative district includes 26 administrative villages, 60 natural villages, and 24309 permanent residents (2017).
