Yuetang Street

The establishment of Yuetang sub district office was established and developed with the establishment, development and development of Xianggang. The predecessor of Yuetang sub district was Xianggang branch, which was built in April 1960. It was subordinate to Hedong people's Commune and has jurisdiction over eight districts, including Dongping, Jinnai, quanxintang, Sishen temple, xiner village, Xinsi village, Yuetang and tiniubu.

Historical evolution

In June 1962, Xianggang branch was abolished and Yuetang sub district office, Sishen Temple office, quanxintang office, sanzhuling office and Yuetang District Office were established respectively. In January 1963, the district general Si Temple office, part of banshe Road office and Yuetang office. In July 1965, the district merged quanxintang Office (sanzhuling office was merged into quanxintang office in January 63) into Yuetang office, which was renamed Yuetang Street office group. on March 21, 1971, Yuetang Street Reform Committee of Xiangtan city was established to replace the responsibilities of Yuetang Street office group. On December 14, 1972, Yuetang street was taken over by Xianggang and renamed Xianggang family office. In December 1976, Yuetang district took over Yuetang street and governed 13 neighborhood committees, including tieniubu, Xinyi, xiner, Xinsan, quanxintang, cunmutang, chunchongtang, Yuetang street, wayaotang, Xinsi, Xinsi, Changtan road and Lixin. In January 1977, the preparatory group of Yuetang street was established, the Party committee of Yuetang street was established in April of the same year, and the reform committee of Yuetang street was established in May of the same year. In March and November 1981, Sishen Temple neighborhood committee and juhuatang neighborhood committee were set up respectively, and their jurisdiction scope was increased from 13 to 15. In the same year, the Revolutionary Committee was abolished and still called Yuetang sub district office.

Functions and tasks

Yuetang street is an administrative unit at the section level, which belongs to the agency of Yuetang district government. Subordination

Before August 1961, Yuetang street was subordinate to Hedong people's commune. In August 1961, Hedong commune was changed into Yuetang District, and my street was subordinate to Yuetang district. On December 14, 1972, my street was taken over by Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., which was renamed Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. In December 1976, Yuetang district took over Yuetang street. My street was subordinate to the Revolutionary Committee of Yuetang District, and my street was subordinate to the people's Government of Yuetang district.

Organization setup

After Yuetang street was taken over by Yuetang District in December 1976, the preparatory group for Yuetang street was established on February 22, 1977. It is located in the old Yuetang police station (now No. 85 Yuetang Street). On April 26, 1977, according to the requirements of the district Party committee, the first party congress was held to elect the people. The first "Yuetang Street Committee of Yuetang District, Xiangtan City of the Communist Party of China" has six branches. On May 19 of the same year, the "Yuetang Street Revolutionary Committee" was established to administer 13 neighborhood committees. According to the needs of the street construction, the street set up an office integrating party and government, a street group, an industrial group, a financial office, a labor service station, and equipped with full-time and part-time cadres of civil affairs and women's federations. A cultural station was established in August. on July 26, 1978, Yuetang Street general branch committee of the Communist Youth League of China was established, with 88 League members and 6 League branches. In 1981, Yuetang set up a mediation office with full-time judicial assistants. in 1984, according to the economic development of the street committee, the needs of urban management and family planning work, the street set up work management station, urban management office and family planning office. In July of the same year, the street office building was completed, and the street office was relocated to No. 52 Yuetang road. in August 1987, the sub district Party committee office and the political office were established respectively; on November 11 of the same year, the Yuetang sub district women's Joint Executive Committee was established. yuetang Street statistical station was established on September 1, 1988, and the street legal service office was established on October 11, 1988. on April 7, 1990, the street commercial office was established. on April 17, 1991, a party school was set up in the street, and the first training class for Party members was held. In June, a three cell friendship association was set up. In October 1991, the streets reduced their organizations, abolished the work management stations, and integrated the Party committee office and the administrative office into one office. By the end of 1991, the sub district party committees had set up offices, two mass organizations, the Youth League Committee and the women's Federation, seven party branches, three party members with posts and four party members with residents. There are 91 party members. The sub district office has offices, civil affairs, urban management, family planning and education, cultural stations, legal service offices, mediation offices, industrial offices, commercial offices, financial offices, statistical stations, labor service stations and other institutions. It is equipped with part-time cadres of civil air defense and people's armed forces, and has jurisdiction over 15 neighborhood committees. There are 7 factories and 2 stores of industrial and commercial enterprises in the sub district, with a total of 43 employees.
