history

According to the records of Wucheng county annals of the Qing Dynasty, Baluo village, where xiongsong township is located, was the place where Zhao Erfeng carried out the system of changing the land and returning it to Tibet, established Wucheng County, and set up the county government here. After the liberation of Sanyan in 1950, Sanyan sect was established here. In October 1950, it merged with Gongjue sect and became Gongjue county.
