Infrastructure construction

In May 2016, the post disaster recovery and reconstruction project was implemented in Saleh Township, with 315 households rebuilt. Among them, there are 60 households in saler village, 36 households in zhangang village, 91 households in kabangling village, 37 households in Zhuo village, 13 households in bengba village and 42 households in Rabbi village. The reconstruction project of seqiong village is in the process of site selection and land acquisition. in June 2017, a bidding announcement was issued for the standardization construction project of Salle village level organization activity sites. Eight village level organization activity sites and ancillary works including Salle village, zhangang village, Guoba village, Zhuo village, kabang village, bengba village, seqiong village and Rabbi village of Salle Township were newly built. Each village level organization activity site is 408.89 square meters, and the planned construction period is 365 days. in July 2017, the post disaster reconstruction project of seqiong village and Rabbi village in Saleh Township issued a bidding announcement, with the planned construction period of 365 days, the project contract price of 8.4795 million yuan, the construction scale: seqiong Village: 1 new road project (including concrete road of 1984 m2, household hardening of 850 M2, etc.) and 1 ancillary project; Rabbi Village: 1 new road project (including concrete road of 3200 m2, retaining wall, etc.) 1 auxiliary project. in March 2018, lot H1 of highway reconstruction project from Saleh township to Rabbi village is being implemented, with a total length of 14.42km, a subgrade width of 6.5m and a design speed of 20km / h. Ecological and environmental protection

On April 25, 2015, affected by the Nepal earthquake, 349 houses of 350 households in Saleh Township were damaged and collapsed, which is one of the hardest hit towns in Tibet. on April 26, 2015, vehicles carrying relief materials were driving on the road to the disaster area. Affected by the earthquake, more than 95% of the houses in Saleh Township, Jilong County, Tibet were damaged. Three people died due to ineffective rescue, including four seriously injured and 12 slightly injured. Relevant departments of Jilong County, Shigatse detachment of armed police, officers and soldiers of frontier inspection station and other rescue forces have arrived in Saleh township to start relief work. Shale Township and Jilong town are the most severely affected towns in Jilong county. Liu Yongxiang, chairman of the Jilong County People's Political Consultative Conference, who was in charge of the rescue work at the scene, said that at present, three people died, 12 were slightly injured and 4 were seriously injured in Saleh Township due to ineffective rescue work. At present, the first-line rescue headquarters of Saleh township has sent 24 rescue workers to Rabbi village and seqiong village to rescue the seriously wounded. Poor road conditions are still the biggest difficulty for rescue.
