Tunlan sub district, Gujiao City, Shanxi Province: the sub district office is located in the neighborhood committee of papaya Association, which is close to the urban center of Gujiao City. Tunlan street was set up in March 1996 and formally established on November 18, 1997. It was formed by dividing five villages from the original Jijiazhuang township. Four of the five villages have been converted into neighborhood committees. In addition, the newly established two neighborhood committees, tunleyuan and KANGLEYUAN, have jurisdiction over six community neighborhood committees and one village committee. The jijiazhuang joint venture mine has stopped production and is in the process of resource integration. In addition, there are three coal preparation plants and one coal blending plant. Tunlan Mine

Tunlan coal mine is a pair of modern super large mines affiliated to Shanxi Coking Coal Xishan Coal and Electricity Group Co., Ltd., with the original design annual production capacity of 4 million tons (approved capacity of 5 million tons after technical transformation in 2005), and equipped with a modern coal preparation plant with corresponding production capacity. It is located 6km south of Gujiao City, Shanxi Province. The mine area is 73.33 square kilometers, with industrial reserves of 1.028 billion tons and recoverable reserves of 628 million tons 100 million tons. Coal mine is rich in coal resources with good quality. The main coal types are coking coal, fat coal and a small amount of lean coal. Among them, coking coal and fat coal are scarce resources in the world, with the characteristics of low sulfur, low phosphorus, strong cohesiveness and good coking. They are high-quality raw materials for metallurgy, electric power and other industries, as well as ideal coal for environmental protection. Tunlan coal mine and coal preparation plant has strong technical force, well-equipped, international leading coal mining and washing processing technology, and has built the first large mining height, high power, intelligent chemical face in China. It is equipped with 35kV substation and inclined shaft steel wire rope strong belt with 1.4m bandwidth and 1000m transportation distance. The fully mechanized coal mining face is equipped with a set of domestic mgty500 / 1200-3.3d electric haulage shearer and two sets of mgty250 / 600-1.1d electric haulage shearer; the heading face is equipped with a set of S-200 and four sets of S-100 roadheader; the underground transportation is fully belt conveyor, and the auxiliary transportation is carried out with a 10 ton stringed pulse speed regulating electric locomotive; the underground personnel monitoring and mobile communication system is installed and used. The coal preparation plant adopts the non pressure three product dense medium cyclone coal preparation process. The main facilities such as cyclone, magnetic separator, pressure filter, moving screen jig, flotation machine and centralized control system are introduced from Germany and the United States respectively, reaching the international advanced level of similar products. The online ash meter of Australia and the electronic balance of Germany and Switzerland are used in the medium test, which has reliable quality assurance means. In 1999, the mine and its coal preparation plant simultaneously passed the ISO-9002 quality system certification and ISO-14001 environmental management system certification. Tunlan coal mine, as a brand mine and window unit of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Company, adheres to the goal of "striving to build a domestic first-class modern mine", takes benefit as the center, strives for survival by quality, strives for development by science and technology, takes the road of new industrialization, and constantly improves the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
