Township government, Township People's Congress in Xiqin village, located in the middle of the county, 12 kilometers away from the county government. With an area of 357.66 square kilometers and a population of 7062 (in 2017), 318 national highway passes through. It has 12 village committees, namely, lasu, Bian, Xialu, Gabi, Xiqin, rongbai, DOMA, Renda, Jibu, Gangxi, zhanzong and Zengsheng. Based on agriculture, highland barley, wheat, rape and so on are planted. National handicraft products include earthenware, etc. The scenic spots and historic sites in the territory include Xiqin geothermal hot spring and zengsi temple.
